This project is located in Silian Village, Long'an County. The daily water consumption of residents in Silian Village and the surrounding areas is approximately 300 tons, with the main water source being a river flowing through the region. During the flood season, the turbidity of the river water is very high, reaching over 20 degrees, and sometimes even higher. The water contains a large amount of sediment. Before the installation of water purification equipment, the river water was directly supplied to local residents through water towers and pipelines, which was harmful to the health of the villagers.

Longtou Township, located in the southwestern part of Guangxi within a karst landform mountainous area, has very limited water sources suitable for drinking water for urban and rural residents. It requires the convergence of multiple mountain spring streams to ensure an adequate water supply. However, managing these multiple water sources is challenging, as water sometimes needs to be delivered two or even three times to gather sufficient quantity. Additionally, since the water sources are collected from multiple mountain streams, they are highly susceptible to contamination, resulting in increased turbidity and elevated levels of microorganisms, posing potential safety hazards for drinking water.
