Recently, Jonline Technology replaced the reverse osmosis membranes and PP cotton filter cartridges for a customer at a barreled water plant in Jinchengjiang District.

To replace the reverse osmosis membranes in the water purification equipment, the first step is to loosen the pipeline connections to relieve pressure and drain the water, then dismantle the pipelines.

After dismantling the pipelines connected to the RO unit, the next step is to remove the pipe fittings and seals.

Subsequently, the old RO membranes are pulled out from the water purification equipment. The interior is then cleaned before installing the new RO membranes. Two membranes are connected using a coupling and pushed together into the RO unit.

Once the membranes are installed, the pipe fittings and seals are reinstalled onto the equipment in the reverse order of removal.

Finally, the pipelines are reconnected, and the system is flushed with water, cleaned, and commissioned.
