Let's first talk about the working principle of reverse osmosis pure water equipment. Raw water is stored in a raw water tank, pressurized by a raw water pump, and then enters a multimedia filter and an activated carbon filter for simple coarse filtration and odor adsorption. It then enters a cartridge filter with a filtration pore size of 5 μm. Pressurized by the primary high-pressure pump, it enters the primary reverse osmosis membrane element for the initial separation of concentrated water and pure water, with the pure water being stored in an intermediate water tank. Subsequently, pressurized by the secondary high-pressure pump, it enters the secondary reverse osmosis membrane element for the secondary separation of concentrated water and pure water, with the pure water finally being stored in a pure water tank.

Therefore, with long-term use of reverse osmosis pure water equipment, the reverse osmosis membrane elements inside the equipment will become contaminated and require regular cleaning.

 

清洗步骤如下：
  1.用增压泵将过滤好的纯净水，从特定的进水口打入压力容器里并多排放几分钟；
  2.把干净的纯净水放在清洗箱里，并将配好比例的清洗液倒入清洗箱里，当然啦，不同的反渗透膜元件使用的清洗液是不一样的；
  3.将清洗液在压力容器中的时间提前设定好；
  4.清洗完反渗透纯净水设备以后，也要将清洗箱清洗干净，再用清洗箱进行下一步的清洗；
  5.用增压泵将清洗干净的纯净水，从清洗箱打入压力容器冲洗几分钟，这样可以冲洗干净前面残留的杂质；
  6.在冲洗完反渗透纯净水设备以后，水排放阀打开状态下运行机器，直到机器排出来的水清洁、无泡沫或无清洗剂（通常15-30分钟）
