For a given model and specification of water softening equipment, if the water hardness is high, the timed water production flow rate will inevitably be lower, leading to frequent regeneration cycles. This is very detrimental to the service life of the resin. This is determined by the characteristics and requirements of the user's facilities. Based on this, the standard model and specification of the water softening equipment can be determined.

6. Setting the Timed Water Production Flow Rate
Once the model and specification of the water softening equipment are set, the theoretical timed water production volume (tons) can be calculated based on the raw water hardness and the exchange capacity of the resin used.
