Reclaimed Water Reuse Treatment Equipment
For an enterprise, the significance of water reuse lies in treating and recycling a portion of its industrial wastewater. This practice reduces operational costs, while also concentrating the wastewater, thereby lowering the expenses associated with waste treatment. This is especially true for companies with high water consumption.

Product Description
The treatment process for water reuse is highly complex and cannot be achieved by simply relying on one or two methods. It often requires the combined action of chemical, biological, and physical processes to treat wastewater to a standard suitable for reuse. The diagram shows a process flow chart for a water reuse system designed by our company for a solar panel material manufacturing enterprise.

This system is highly complex, incorporating chemical precipitation for wastewater, fully automatic pH adjustment, and various dosing systems. It also includes flocculation sedimentation, ultrafiltration systems, RO reverse osmosis systems, as well as EDI ultrapure water systems and a low-temperature evaporation system for concentrated water. The system achieves complete zero liquid discharge for the enterprise, as almost all treated water can be reused, with the exception of some solid residues.

In water reuse applications, it is essential to thoroughly understand the composition of the wastewater. Testing must be conducted to identify the components, their concentrations, and levels. Some pollutants can be removed using chemical precipitation methods, while membrane treatment technology is also indispensable. Generally, a combination of ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) systems is employed for treatment. Based on the conductivity of the wastewater, appropriate selection between low-pressure and high-pressure membranes is necessary to determine the system's operating pressure, ensuring efficient and stable system performance (as shown in the diagram).
