The main process description is as follows:
1.Quartz Sand Filter
The main function of the quartz sand filter is to reduce the turbidity of the raw water and remove some of the large particulate sediment it contains. Under normal conditions, when the influent turbidity of the raw water is within 1000 PPM, the effluent turbidity after passing through the quartz sand filter can be guaranteed to be below 10 PPM. The tank material is FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) or stainless steel, with dimensions of Diameter * Height = 250 * 1350 mm. The tank is equipped with an automatic multi-port valve featuring fully automatic functions for backwashing and rinsing. The treatment capacity is 2T/H.

2.Activated Carbon Filter
The main function of the activated carbon filter is to remove oxidizing compounds from the water, preventing the reverse osmosis (RO) system's membrane elements from being oxidized and having their service life reduced. It can further reduce water turbidity, and activated carbon has a good adsorption effect on odorous substances in the water. The tank material is FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) or stainless steel, with dimensions of Diameter * Height = 250 * 1350 mm. The tank is equipped with an automatic multi-port valve featuring fully automatic functions for backwashing and rinsing. The treatment capacity is 2T/H.

3.Cartridge Filter (Safety Filter)
To enhance the service life of the ultrafiltration (UF) membrane, the system is designed with a cartridge filter (safety filter) featuring a filtration precision of 5 microns. This effectively reduces the filtration load on the UF membrane, thereby extending its operational lifespan.

4.Reverse Osmosis (RO) Main Unit
Reverse osmosis utilizes the principle of osmosis to produce purified water or pure water. It is a membrane separation technology that forces the solvent (water) from the feed solution to permeate through the membrane to the other side. Substances such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses are retained on the feed side of the membrane and then discharged with the concentrated stream, thereby achieving the separation of water from other substances in the water. The equipment uses a reverse osmosis membrane model 4040, with a single membrane element producing 0.25 tons of water per hour, and the operating pressure is within 8 kg (0.8 MPa).

5. Electrical Control System
The electrical control system uses a 380V power supply and features automatic/manual modes. It is equipped with two liquid level float switches. When the raw water tank level is too low, the system equipment stops operating. When the product water tank level is too high, the system equipment also stops operating.
6. Installation
During the installation process, it can be completed entirely via online video call guidance. If necessary, our technical personnel can also go to the site for installation and equipment commissioning.
7. Warranty
The equipment comes with a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.
