The water purification process for this barreled water plant is as follows: Raw water tank, primary quartz sand filter, secondary activated carbon filter, cartridge filter, intermediate water tank, reverse osmosis filter, ozone disinfection, and pure water tank.

Softened Water Purification Equipment for Guangxi Dongzheng Wood Industry Co., Ltd.

Guangxi Jonline Technology recently completed the delivery and installation of a softened water purification system for Guangxi Dongzheng Wood Industry Co., Ltd., with a flow rate of 10 tons per hour. The wood panel factory had previously installed water purification equipment from another manufacturer, but the results were poor and the cost was high, so they decided to have a new system custom-made. They later contacted our company, and after reviewing the solution design and quotation, they found it reasonable and decided to cooperate. After a week of installation and commissioning, the system is now in operation.

Wastewater Treatment Project for a Hospital in Hechi City

The hospital wastewater treatment project in Hechi City was one of Guangxi Jonline Technology's key water purification equipment installation projects in 2022. Our company provides professional "one-stop" services encompassing design, installation, and commissioning. We use related water purification equipment from well-known brands, offering solutions with the highest cost-performance ratio, which has earned us customer favor. After nearly one month, the equipment installation has been completed. During the commissioning phase, all equipment is operating well. Upon completion of commissioning, the project will be handed over to the hospital for use.

Guangxi Sanjiang County Dongling Mountain Spring Co., Ltd. — 24T/H Ultrafiltration Equipment + 10T/H Reverse Osmosis Equipment

Dongling Mountain Spring Co., Ltd. is located in Taiwuchong, Chengxiang Tun, Banbi Village, Danzhou Town, Sanjiang County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi. Its main business includes barreled water, bottled water, and other packaged natural mountain spring water for drinking, as well as packaged pure water for drinking. The Dongling Mountain Spring Water Plant covers an area of approximately 15 mu and is built amidst towering mountains, far away from the hustle and bustle. The mountain spring water here is of good quality and contains a variety of trace mineral elements beneficial to the human body. Therefore, when our company, Jonline Technology, was handling this project, we had to consider both water safety and the preservation of trace mineral elements in the water. We adopted the ultrafiltration equipment process for the natural mountain spring water purification system, while the reverse osmosis process was designed for the production of pure water.

Guilin Qingshitan Reservoir Management Station — 12 Sets of 2T/H Integrated Water Purification Equipment

The Guilin Qingshitan Reservoir Management Station consists of twelve sites, including Fenghuang, Jinling, Shimai, and Maqiao-Raojiang, all located far from the suburbs. Each site has 3 to 4 management personnel on rotating duty, responsible for inspecting channel safety and water quality. Most sites use groundwater as the water source for the staff on duty, but the water quality is concerning. Especially during the rainy season, the groundwater becomes yellow, highly turbid, and even develops an unpleasant odor, making it completely unusable. The staff on duty have to rely on barreled water as their drinking water source, which is extremely inconvenient.
